Open msvc/mesGUI.dsw and navigate to Build->Batch Build
Click build
This will create a .lib file in the lib directory,
and an example program in the bin directory

make
make install
make test       <-- this will create bin/test_mesgui

OpenGL
FreeType2 (http://www.freetype.org)
SDL (http://www.libsdl.org)
