AlexProgrammerDEandClaude Opus 4.6 0a3b019962 refactor: migrate to Stonecutter for multi-version management 
Replace 20 separate mc-* submodules and common module with a single
Stonecutter-managed source tree using preprocessor comments. This
eliminates massive code duplication while preserving all version-specific
behavior across 1.19.4 through 1.21.11.

Adds common's resources as a source dir so they're available during
runClient, and bundles only classesDirs in the jar to avoid duplicates.

AlexProgrammerDEandClaude Opus 4.6 8ca683768a fix: use @At("RETURN") instead of @At("TAIL") in mixins 
TAIL only hooks the last return opcode, missing early returns.
This caused server injection and unblocking to be skipped when
servers.dat doesn't exist or when isBlockedServerHostName
returns early.

- Split version setting into reusable set-version.yml workflow
- Release tags/titles no longer use "v" prefix
- Added after-version input to bump back to SNAPSHOT after release
- Generate categorized changelog from conventional commits using
  mikepenz/release-changelog-builder-action

- Migrate package from me.itskronx11 to net.blockhost across all modules
- Add MIT LICENSE and rewrite README with badges, features, and build instructions
- Add GitHub Actions CI (build.yml) and release automation (release.yml)
- Migrate MC module build files from Groovy to Kotlin DSL (build.gradle.kts)
- Update fabric.mod.json with proper metadata, contact info, and java >=21 dep
- Remove unused fabricApi configureDataGeneration block
- Add .editorconfig and root gradle.properties for shared config
- Set GitHub repo description
