pressing CTRL+F12 during spectating creates a clean screenshot and saves
it as map preview picture
modkeypressed
returns 1, if a CTRL key is pressed and 0, if not
screenshotpreview [lines]
creates a screenshot cropped to 4:3 with a given number of lines
(in the range of 144 to 480, default 240 or last given value)
and jpeg quality 80
gotovantagepoint
now returns 1, if the map actually has a vantage point set

if an entity is poiinted at during disabling, it is pinned

Restore the old persistidents system from AC 1.0, since it's working as
intended - if used properly.
As a reminder:
* aliases created by "const" and "tempalias" are never persistent
* aliases created or altered by "alias" or "=" become persistent, if
the persistidents flag is set during that operation
* persistidents if false during the execution of almost all config files
during game start - those files can create aliases with default values
which will not be persistent (until changed later while the flag is
set)
* before saved.cfg is executed, the flag is set and stays set all
throughout the game - which means, that all changes (from menus, for
example) will change the altered alias to "persistent"
* exceptions for map or model config files are unnecessary, since those
run restricted and can't create aliases anyway
* exceptions are necessary for "late run" config files like those in
config/opt/
The new command "persistidents" may be used to manually set or clear the
flag. It also returns the current state of the flag. If used in a config
file, the flag is restored to its original value when the file ends
execution.
In short: only late-run config files (meaning: run after saved.cfg was
restored) may need to manually set/reset the flag. Use const and tempalias
where appropriate and clear persistidents before creating an alias with a
not-to-save default value that may be changed and made persistent later.

Add some commands to support an entity TODO list. Entity errors during
map load are automatically added to the list. The list is saved and
restored with xmaps. A keybind (no default key assigned) to scroll
through TODO entities was added.
The list is indented as a means for automated map check scripts to
return a list of entities to fix.
cleartodoentities [index]
Clear list of TODO entities. The list is also deleted, when a new map
is loaded.
If an entity number is given as an argument, only entries for this
entity are cleared.
addtodoentity index comment
Add the entity #index to the TODO list. Add optional comment.
enumtodoentities
Returns a list of TODO entities. Returns entity index number and comment
for every entry.

If the assigned key is pressed, the mousewheel can be used to cycle
through player spawn points, sorted by groups CLA, RVSF and FFA.
No default key is assigned.
gotonextplayerstart can be used, to manually jump to the next spawn.
Two new commands, menuitemeditkeyinput and menuitemspectkeyinput, both
work the same as menuitemkeyinput - only for edit and spect binds.
The new edit keys menu should also work fine as edit key help :)
menuitem[|edit|spect]keyinput text bindcmd
Menuitem, that displays "text" and all keys, that bind "bindcmd" - in
game-, edit- or spect mode.

Press and hold the '#'-key and scroll the wheel to scroll console.
Just pressing and releasing '#' resets the console position.
Without the console open, releasing '#' always resets the console position.
Pressing the middle mouse button toggles a pin on the "closest entity"
selector. The HUD will indicate the lock by showing "pinned" instead of
"closest" entity. All actions, that would otherwise affect the closest
entity, will affect the pinned entity instead. Deleting the locked entity
will unlock it.

BACKSPACE in combination with editmeta (LCTRL) now undeletes the last
deleted entity. BACKSPACE in combination with editmeta2 (LSHIFT) brings
up the menu "deleted entities".
The edit menu now has a submenu "deleted entities" which lists all
deleted entities and undeletes the selected one.
undelent [<index>]
If no index is specified, the last deleted entity is restored. If an
index is given, the specified entity from the list of deleted entities
is restored.
getdeletedentities
Returns a list of deleted entities. Each line contains the entity type,
the position and all seven attributes.
unlistdeletedentity [<which>]
If <which> is a number, the specified entry from the list of deleted
entities gets removed. If <which> is "all", the whole list of deleted
entities gets deleted. If <which> is "last" the last deleted entity is
removed from the list of deleted entities.
Returns the number of entities on the list of deleted entities (even if
the parameter <which> was unknown or not specified).

and use it to enable unscaled editing of entity attributes
(first editmeta key is still LCTRL - but it is already used during
editing entity attributes to provide 10x speed)
Keys 5, 6 and 7 (in combination with the scrollwheel) can be used to alter
the new entity attributes.
Pressing editmeta (LCTRL by default) speeds up the scrolling.
(Parts of the roll code are borrowed from Alejandro V. Garcia's commit
"Model rotations, experimental" from January 2013)
Note: coop edit is now broken between "next" and older clients, but I
don't want to bump the protocol just yet.
"editbind E edittoggle" is needed for such cases, when edittoggle will be
bounded to key, for which editbind exists. Then that will allow to
exit from edit mode still with use a key.
Changes:
1. added single aliases bounded to the keys, in order to maintain easier
the binds;
2. cleaned up binds;
3. updated Keyboard menu and fixed searching binds.
Remark: aliases bounded to the keys shouldn't have leading and trailing
white spaces, if they are present in Keyboard menu, otherwise they won't
be found. So construction like, for example: bind SLASH [ key_commandline ]
is inadmissible.
4. Alternate edit binds (default disabled) moved to
config/opt/alternateeditbinds.cfg and removed old_editbinds variable.
DOCREF old_editbinds
Defaults to omitting variables from saved.cfg, that are still at default
value. By setting omitunchangeddefaults to zero, those variables get
written, but commented out. The variable "groupvariables" sets the number
of variables with similar names, that can be grouped on one line. Setting
it to zero will additionally write min, max and default values and a
short description of the variable to file.
In general, variables, that are still at default value, will not be
restored from saved.cfg, so when the default in the game is changed, all
clients will use that new default. This way, testers don't have to erase
their saved.cfg as often.

* fixing edit paste
* fix power of 2 check for corner selection
* fix pasting multiple selections changed target selections
* fixing editdrag: plugging memory leak
* fixing editdrag: proper binding of keys
* fixing editdrag: allow deselecting (by selecting a second time)
* make a little more room for undos (RAM is cheap and maps are big)
* some cleanups
- fix possible crash in conc (but it's still an ugly hack)
- fix noob usage of strcmp
- flag some memory leaks (it would be nice, if the author(s) would clean
up the mess himself)
- fix crash in substr
- whitespace cleanup
there are plenty more memory leaks in command.cpp - for example, every
goto in cubescript does not clean up anything
- press B to get the former filled volume view
- raise the value of tagnumfull to get both views simultaneously
- cubescript parameters should be cleaned up before release
Note: This commit effects a lot of configs, be on the look out for little cubescript errors/broken menuitems/etc. and report them ASAP.
