aurhat 9849a73c26 Backport SDLmain files from SDL 1.2.15 for Xcode 
Important: always custom code should be added to disable
error sounds because of SDL_ENABLEAPPEVENTS - after keys
pressing (see code below "ADDED SO IT DOESN'T BEEP BECAUSE
WE ENABLE SDL_ENABLEAPPEVENTS" comment).

Ronald Reagan becabb4ed9 Fix OSX fullscreen issue. 
Updates project (for OS X) to SDL v1.2.15.
Possible issues:
 - SDL_SetGamma seems to be bugged? If a user is having issues have them do /gamma 100 and restart AC
 - ???
